• Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Please contact me with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

• Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
